2000 Toyota Tundra Rear End Noise

Need help on what the problem might be.

2000 toyota tundra rear end noise. 2000 tundra 4x4 king cab 270000 miles. Starts at about 15mph and stops at about 70 mph. I have a 2012 57 4x4 rock warrior package truck.
