2000 Toyota Tundra Horn Doesn T Work

Could be wearing out.

2000 toyota tundra horn doesn t work. 12 Voltage from fuse. If you turn the steering wheel to the left or right and pushing the horn it will work. Trace leg that doesnt work.

Horn seldom works when driving straight. Toyota issued a recall for this problem on 2005-2009 Tacoma but not for the 2012. If that doesnt work disconnect the battery and turn the key to the on position and reconnect the battery and the horn will sound but will go off get in the car and try to start.

I bought my Tundra with 100k miles. It had only one other owner and bought it for just over 10k cash. 12 out to horn.

There are three legs at the Body ECU under the dash. 7 days later I find my horn is not working so I called Toyota and they said they didnt take anything apart and nothing they did would affect the horn. This morning for no reason my horn just stopped working I checked the fuses and they were all good.
